Description

PCO has started a long term project to raise a fund to develop and maintain economic opportunities for and with the indigenous peoples of the Arctic. Currently this project in in planning stage, and a significant amount of market and other research is required in order to complete the pre fund raising study.

Benefit for all

The ultimate purpose of the fund is to provide education and employment opportunities to indigenous peoples of the Arctic, enabling them to perform tasks and provide services to businesses around the world while remaining in their region (Why outsource to a different continent, when you can do so to people in the same time zone). Also, by  creating employment opportunities you provide alternatives which uplift the local society as well.
