The Scientific Committee will meet from Sunday 30 May to Friday 11 June. It will be preceded on Friday and Saturday the 28 and 29 May by pre-meetings of the RMP and IA sub-committees (further details to follow in due course).
The Commission sub-groups will meet between Tuesday 15 and Thursday 17 June, with Friday 18 June being set aside for finalising reports. A detailed schedule of when the various sub-groups will meet has still to be decided. Time will be set aside in the period for discussions on the future of the organisation.
As last year, a full day has been set aside for a private meeting of Commissioners which will be held on Sunday 20 June. This will allow time for the Commission to have a closed session to discuss the future of the organization as well as to attend to more routine business.
The Annual Commission Meeting will take place from Monday 21 to Friday 25 June.
