PCO surveying Polar Bears in Arctic

The Polar Conservation Organisation will be in the Arctic (Bathurst Island, Canada) in May 2009 as part of an expedition to survey Polar Bears in what is known as Polar Bear Pass.

The expedition will collect data on Polar Bears in the area, ans well as offer the opportunity to meet and interact with some of the indigenous peoples of the area.
