The Organizing Committee of the 9th International Symposium on Cold Regions Development (ISCORD) and the International Association for Cold Region Development Studies (IACORDS) invite you to participate in the 9th International Symposium on Cold Regions Development to be held on June 1-5, 2010 in Yakutsk - Sakha Republic (Yakutia).
At the symposium a wide range of issues will be discussed with the focus on technologies that allow developing and living in cold regions with an appreciation of conservation and preservation of natural ecosystems.
