The Congress will be attended by reindeer herders from around the globe, and will feature workshops, seminars, sporting and cultural events, and exhibitions. It will combine a number of events that will showcase both the shared cultural richness of reindeer husbandry worldwide and also the many challenges that face this traditional livelihood, with increased interest in arctic resources and climate change.
